Teen Arts & Crafts Club

Projects include button-making, designing a book bag and fan, beading, Steampunk scrapbook, origami, and more! Materials and snacks provided. In the Founders Room. For 6th -12th grade students. Teen Movie Night

Teen Writing Workshop

Join author Karen Benke for “adventures in creative writing”! Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to sign up for the two hour program, including lunch and snacks.  Registration is limited and each teen will receive a free copy of Karen’s great new creative writing book, Leap write in! : adventures in creative writing to s-t-r-e-t-c-h & surprise your one-of-a-kind mind. A copy of this book is on display in the Teen Alcove for review (or check it out and start writing!). This is a great opportunity to learn how to stretch your imagination and get your creative juices flowing! Come join the crowd at the Library's Founders Room after school until 5:00 pm, except during school holidays. Teen Lounge is on hiatus for the summer. It starts up again September 3, 2013.

Community Service Club
