Downloadable eBooks are titles that can be downloaded from the Internet and copied to a portable eBook reader. Today, there are a limited number of titles and device support is uneven. See below for details.
The Belvedere-Tiburon Library eBook and Audiobook Collection
(Available to Belvedere & Tiburon residents only)
The Belvedere-Tiburon Library eBook and Audiobook Collection is a collection of 100 downloadable ebooks in EPUB format. EPUB titles will work on most ereaders, with the exception of Kindle. iPad and iPhone apps are also available. The collection is hosted on the Overdrive ebook platform. Loan periods are from 7 to 21 days. Holds may be placed on items currently checked out. There are no early returns once an item has been downloaded.
