Selections are alternated monthly from two books published by The Great Books Foundation: Great Conversations 4 and The 7 Deadly Sins. The group has chosen to read selections in thematic (rather than chronologic) order. The order of selections from Great Conversations 4 follows the “Connecting Themes”, as presented on page 433, beginning with “The Individual and Civic Virtue. The selections from The 7 Deadly Sins are sequential, beginning with “Envy”.
